"Our property management company manages over 5,000 apartments. The staff was amazing at tweaking the application to meet our specific needs and were fast to answer our questions as we learned the system. It reduced our data entry time and closed that margin for typos and errors. it almost seems wrong that it is so easy. My only regret is not making this change sooner!"

We triple check applicants, keeping your properties full and your business healthy with thorough screening, including credit history, criminal history, eviction history, employment verification, rental references, and so much more!
One of the safest ways to eliminate a security deposit while staying protected is to offer surety bonds to your tenants. This allows premium tenants who might not be able to pay a hefty upfront deposit to put up a smaller amount which is then bonded. This significantly reduces barriers to entry and will instantly increase your pool of tenant applications. Offering surety bonds is a smart way to maximize fill rates with little downside.
